Mountain Lifts in Zillertal
Up, up and away – and that doesn’t stop in summer! During summertime, 12 mountain lifts will be open. That means, there’s no need to make long, arduous uphill hikes to reach your day’s destination amid the peaks of the Zillertal mountains. And don’t forget: the Zillertal ActivCard allows you to ride the lifts up and down our mountains for free!

Arena Fun
Alpine Slide and Bag Jump: in the Zillertal Arena, there is so much to experience. With the help of the Arena Coaster in Zell am Ziller, you can even go “sledding” here in summer. The Bag Jump, which involves leaping from a high platform into a gigantic air pillow, is also definitely not for the weak-of-heart!

Achenseebahn lift
If you would like, you can take a ride on the over 120 year old Achenseebahn in Jenbach. The cog railway will take you 7 km up the mountain to the Seespitz on the Achensee. With a gradient of up to 16%, the old narrow-gauge railway really works up a sweat. Once you have arrived at the top, you can take a ride on the steamboat across the Achensee.
