Fabellhaft! After receiving good medical news, my wife booked this hotel as a surprise. We usually book cheaper accommodations, but this hotel was worth the extra cost 100%! Quick response to e-mail. Went by plane to Innsbruck and then by train to Kaltenbach. Train station is across the street from the hotel, no car needed. The skilift ia a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Rented a skilocker at the Talstation/Sport Stock. After a warm welcome and unpacking up to the restaurant for the excellent 5 course meal (and excellent service by the staff). We had a standard room but it was still very comfy and really clean! The wellness is above standard with a sauna/bio-sauna/steam room/Infra red sauna / in and outdoor swimming pool / relax area. Compliments for bartender Norbert remembering the drinks we had the day before! In summary, we had a few wonderful days at Hotel Post and would love to come back again!

Male mid 50's I love this hotel and resort, only forty five minutes from Innsbruck by taxi. l visited The family owned, Hotel Post for the first time last year with my wife, and I enjoyed it so much l returned again last week with a friend, and l am going again in March. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful, although brits be aware this is not an English resort. Which l think is a bonus. The food and service in the restaurant were perfect for my taste. special mention to Margret on the egg station, thanks for the fully loaded omelettes, there is a five course meal every evening, you get to choose the main for this in the morning and you get around three or four options. I have stayed in both a junior suite and a small double. Both the rooms were spotless each time l returned from skiing. The suite had a coffee machine which was nice, l missed not having one in the double room. The spa was large and tastefully fitted out with several saunas a steam room, relaxation rooms and an indoor and outdoor pool, both of which were a good size. The Post Hotel is located approximately 250-300 metres from the gondola lift station, where you can hire your skis and store them all within the same building. You can hire a single locker, (depot) which will fit two pairs of skis and boots, but only one helmet. This makes the walk to the hotel or après-ski comfortable and your feet will thank you. However, the hotel has a large boot room. The slopes were again perfect for us, we stayed on the Hochzillertal side which has a few black runs, but mostly wide blues and reds, which is ideal for beginners, and intermediates like me, we didn't venture over to Hochfugen, but you can on the zillertal super ski pass, which you can purchase from the hotel reception. All in all this is an amazing resort. My only issue is that l can't speak better German, well apart from Zwei Bier bitte! Only got home Friday, already can't wait to see you in about six weeks!

Second time we stay in this hotel. Very friendly staf, primary location, excellent food, and relaxing spa area. Value for money.👍👏.

Outstanding service from whole team - fantastic food and excellent location close to fast lift up to hochzillertal. Highly recommend for skiing in Zillertal valley

All from the service to the room and the views was superb. Although the english language is not something thar everybody speaks fluently or at all.
