Our fitness room is equipped with a weight station, cross trainer, treadmill, and stationary bike. We also have touchscreen displays. While working out, you can surf the Internet, watch TV, or listen to the radio. You can take advantage of special training with the help of our own video tutorial. Or plug in your own iPhone/iPod and listen to your music.
First and foremost, the magnificent nature and sporty activities in the fresh air attract visitors to the Zillertal. Skiing in winter, hiking and biking in summer. There is also a vast array of opportunities for other sports in the Zillertal. And, if you want to improve your strength and endurance, and don't want to miss out on early morning exercise and intensive training, we have a modern fitness area available.
