WHAT TO TAKE NOTE OF WHEN BOOKING

Terms of cancellation

free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival
from 2 months to 1 month prior to the start of the holiday we charge 40% of the total price
from 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the total price
in case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge 90%
in the event of a no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the total price

On the day of departure we request you to vacate your room by 10 am

SUPPLEMENTS AND REDUCTIONS

If you would like to book a room with breakfast only (without our 5-course gourmet menu), we deduct 10 euros per day and person.

All our rooms are non smoking rooms.
There is no reimbursement for meals not taken.
All our rooms have free WIFI.
Hotel parking for guests.
Pets are not allowed.

You are welcome to pay your bill the evening before your departure. Please let us know your preferred method of payment. We accept cash, credit card, Visa and Eurocard as well as EC card. For all-inclusive bookings, we request you to pay the ski pass in cash.
