Aufgrund der bevorstehenden Umbaumaßnahmen, beenden wir unsere Wintersaison bereits am 09. April 2023.

Ab 17. Juni 2023 sind wir wieder für Sie da! 

• Check-in: from 2 p.m. - if you arrive after 9 p.m., please let us know in advance by telephone
• Check-out: till 10 am

As a hotel guest, you can park for free in our private hotel car park (partially covered)

• we accept cash payments, EC cards, Mastercard, Visa and Eurocard
• You are welcome to settle your bill the day before your departure

• free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival
• from 2 months to 1 month prior to the start of the holiday we charge 40% of the total price
• from 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the total price
• in case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge 90%
• in the event of a no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the total price

• Gourmet breakfast: In summer from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. / in winter from 7.00 a.m. to 10 a.m
• Dinner (luxury half-board): from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m
• à la carte restaurant: from 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 5.30 p.m. to 9 p.m., smaller menu from 1.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m

• Bicycles can be borrowed free of charge and without prior notification.
• City e-bikes for a fee

You can store the bicycles you have brought with you in our lockable bicycle garage.

In winter you can get the Zillertal super ski pass conveniently at the hotel reception.

The price is the same as you would pay at the cable car ticket office. Likewise, you can also use the Zillertal-Activcard im Sommer an der Hotelrezeption erwerben.

• Ihre Skiausrüstung können Sie kostenlos im Skikeller im Untergeschoss unseres Hotels abstellen
• Alternatively, you can rent a comfort ski depot from the Rent & Go ski rental for €4 per day - please report this to reception

Access to the Ski Optimal Hochzillertal ski area is only 300 meters from our Hotel Post in Kaltenbach. Within 3 minutes you are at the valley station of the Hochzillertalbahn.

• Saunas, steam bath and infrared cabin: from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. (in bad weather from 1 p.m.)
• Rest rooms: from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m
• Indoor pool: daily from 7.30 a.m. to 8 p.m
• Outdoor pool: in summer from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., in winter from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m

Bathrobes can be found in the wellness bag. This is ready for you in your room.

Because the environment is important to us, we ask you to bring your bath slippers from home. Only together can we make a difference.

Our sauna area is a nude and quiet zone. No admission for children and young people under the age of 16.

Our fitness room is available to you around the clock (0-24) for your training.
